In five years, Kendra has grown her business from being a solo artist to leading a team of 10 employees that operate permanent makeup studios in two states, Georgia and Michigan. Since it began, Kendra Neal Studio has seen over 4,000 clients, earned over 1,000 five-start reviews, and continues to operate at full capacity for its entire team of artists. Kendra attributes the business's success to the quality of her team's healed permanent makeup results, the exceptional client experience at KNS, and her passion for the craft.
Aside from running the business, Kendra still works as a full-time permanent makeup artist and instructor. She instructs leading artists from across the U.S. and Canada, and is asked regularly to speak on her powderbrow technique and team leadership ability.

Kendra is iconic in the PMU industry. I am an eyebrow artist myself in Toronto Ontario and I recently had the opportunity to visit Kendra in Evans after admiring her work on Instagram for so long. She is a one of a kind master of the powder brow technique and I truly believe that her work represents what a “true” powder brow should look like. It was a pleasure spending a few days with Kendra and polishing up on some valuable knowledge from colour theory and shaping to machine work and technique. We also had the opportunity to do my eyebrows and, let me tell you, it was an indescribable experience to see the work that I admire so deeply on my phone screen come to life on my own face.
I travelled all the way from Toronto to come figure out how Kendra was getting such consistent, incredible, beautiful healed results. Her advanced program was thorough, informative and she happily shared all of her knowledge and secrets. Not only is Kendra an amazing artist, but a sweet soul who wants to see others succeed as well.
