Deposits for services are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Deposits are due the day of booking. Reservations without deposits will be cancelled.
Canceling and Rescheduling:
Deposits will not be transferred or maintained as credit, for any reason, for appointments rescheduled less than 7 days from the scheduled start time. If an appointment is rescheduled within 7 days of the scheduled start time, a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment. The previous deposit(s) will not be applied to the service’s total cost (see below for no-shows and cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of scheduled start time).
Appointments may be rescheduled one time – with a 7-day notice – for the deposit to be maintained. Rescheduling an appointment more than one time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If an appointment is rescheduled more than one time, a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment. The previous deposit(s) will not be applied to the service’s total cost.
Rescheduled appointments may only be rescheduled to a new date within 90 days of the original appointment date.
Any promotional pricing or discounts will be lost for rescheduling an appointment if in violation of our appointment policies.
Deposits will not be refunded, for any reason, for cancelled appointments.
No-shows and Last-minute Cancellations/Reschedules:
If you no-show your appointment, cancel your appointment within 36 hours of the scheduled start time, or reschedule your appointment within 36 hours of the scheduled start time, payment in-full will be required to reserve a new appointment. All deposit policies will apply to the pre-payment.
Running Late
Please arrive to your appointment by the scheduled start time. Appointments may be cancelled if you arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time. Deposits will not be transferred in these instances.
Confirming Your Appointment:
An automated message will be sent to the phone number attached to your appointment requesting that you confirm your attendance to the upcoming service. If the appointment is not confirmed by 5:00pm three-days prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled (if your appointment is booked on Friday, confirmation is required by 5:00pm on Tuesday). Deposits will not be refunded in these instances. Appointments scheduled 48 hours or less from the start time are not subject to this mandate.
Initial Touch-up Appointments
Initial Touch-up appointments are charged separately from the Full Session appointments.
Initial Touch-up appointments must be completed within 90 days of the Full Session appointment. After 90 days, the touch-up will be considered a Periodic Touch-up, and the Periodic Touch-up rate will be charged.
We cannot perform PMU if:
You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
You are undergoing or have undergone chemotherapy/radiation treatment in the past six months.
You are using or have used Isotretinoin (Accutane®) in the last six months.
